We are very excited to announce a new partnership between Wyebrook Farm and La Divisa Meats, a Philadelphia-based charcuterie and butcher shop. Nick Macri, owner of La Divisa Meats, assumed the role of head butcher at Wyebrook Farm, overseeing our on-site butcher shop in the market, which features a selection of the highest quality meat that is pasture raised and butchered right here on the farm. Completing the partnership, La Divisa’s shop, located in Philadelphia’s Reading Terminal Market, will carry a larger selection of Wyebrook Farm meats, adding even more offerings in the near future.
From the beginning, Wyebrook has had a large following in Philadelphia and this partnership allows our customers to access our products more conveniently. In addition, we plan to put an even greater focus on improving the market’s standard offerings, including sausages and specialty items such as pâtés, salumi and oven-ready roasts. Wyebrook’s charcuterie selection will also greatly expand under Nicks direction.
