We are so lucky here in Pennsylvania where we have access to the most AMAZING fruit! In this workshop we will cover all you need to know how to make delicious jams and the keys to preserve local fruit. We’ll discuss tools, safety, recipes and a little history on why we jam!

The class includes recipes, a jar of jam to take home and a Buffet Brunch featuring the meats and vegetables from Wyebrook Farm. Each class is $65/person and lasts from 11am-2pm. We will limit each class to 20 people.
